Power Up!: Empowering learning communities for interorganizational learning and innovation to accelerate the energy and circularity transitions
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Power Up accelerates the energy and circularity transitions by empowering learning communities (LCs) to drive interorganizational learning and innovation. The project supports 18 LCs in developing shared pathways for system-level change and experimenting with socio-technical challenges. Through co-creation and fieldwork, researchers design and refine tools and methods that are bundled into the Power Up Toolkit.
Main Goals:
- Develop tools and methods to support learning and innovation in LCs.
- Enable shared visioning and ecosystem-level strategy alignment.
- Foster transformative learning and cross-organizational collaboration within innovation teams.
